Payment Methods

General Instructions

Application Fee is Rs. 200/-per form (inclusive of bank service charges).

Admission Fee : As per subject. See College Fees Section

Hostel Fee : Rs, 7548.00/-  for first year per applicant (inclusive of bank service charges).

All payments can be made by Cash at United Bank of India ( UBI) branches using the payment challans

or Online by logging in the Applicant Login Section.

 

Application Payment and Acceptance of Application

Separate payments need to made for separate subjects applied for.

Filled-in forms will be validated only if payment is confirmed. The online application form will be accepted and registered by the College only after the College receives from the bank the intimation of the payment made by you.

Applicants, who will make cash payments at United Bank of India (UBI) branches, must carry the 3-Part Payment Slips to the bank for payment of application fees.
The 3-Part Payment Slips are not required for online payments.

Unpaid forms will be cancelled. Forms for which the application fee is not paid will not be registered.

Payments made at non-designated banks and or after last date of payment will not be considered even if the bank accepts the payment.

Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever..

Applicants should check their payment status on the College site two days after payment of application fees by logging into the Applicant Login section.

Applicants may contact College for enquiry through telephonic call only (033-2551 3452 / 033-2579 1638), strictly between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm. on weekdays.

Payment options :

1. Cash Payment :

Application fees may be paid at any of the United Bank of India (UBI) branches.

The 3-Part Payment Slip is to be produced at the Bank while making payment for the online forms.

Applicant must ensure that the bank writes down her Application Form Number, Transaction Id against her name in the bank record.

The Bank will retain the Bank Copy of the Payment Slip and  return the Applicant Copy and College Copy to the applicant.

After making payment at the bank, the student must preserve the Applicant Copy and College Copy of the Payment Slip carefully and produce it at the time of admission test (for English Hons. only), counselling and admission along with the Registration Card.

2. Online Payment :

Online payment can be made using

Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

Procedure for online payment

Applicant will be required to log-in using your Form Number, Full Name, Date of Birth and Mobile number provided during the filling up the form

Individual forms need to be paid separately.

The printed 3-Part Payment Slip  is not required for online payment

 In case of online payment, do not forget to  take a print out of the receipt / invoice generated.
