Application Procedure

  1. The students are requested to fill up the application forms.
  2. Upload documents and Take Printout
  3. After filling up the form, do pay the application Fees online or through the Bank Challan
  4. Take printout of Online payment Receipt if paid online or retain the stamped bank challan if paid at the bank.

 

STEP 1 : DECIDING ON THE SUBJECT/S APPLYING FOR

Applicant should clearly understand the Eligibility Criteria and subject combinations being offered for the subject she is applying for.

Click ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS link (left panel) and then select the subject. The online application form for the subject will open.

A student may apply for more than one Honours or General subject by filling up separate forms.


STEP 2 : FILLING UP THE FORM AND SUBMISSION

IMPORTANT : You will require a printer to take print out of three (3) A4 size pages of the Registration Card and payment slips

Use CAPITAL LETTERS (Upper Case) to fill up the form
Do not Copy and Paste from external source.
Fill in the marks of subjects in both Section 1and Section 2 as required. For both Sections, read and follow the instructions carefully while filling in.
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Mobile number is a must.

Please click the Submit button only once and wait for the generated Registration Card and 3-part Payment Slips to appear (a total of three (3) A4 pages).

Check the details in the generated Registration Card before printing.

In case of any mistake in the entry, do fill up another form.

Note your Form Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Name as provided during form fill-up. You will require them for login for the following features

  1. Print-out of Registration Card and three sets of payment slips at a later stage.
  2. Make online payments
  3. Check status of your application and payment

 

STEP 3 : UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

Please upload the following :
  1. Marksheets of your HS or Equivalent Exam to support your academic details
  2. Admit Card of Class X exam / Equivalent Exam Card for Date of Birth Verification
  3. Caste Certificate (for SC / ST / OBC-A, OBC-B candidates only)

All files to be uploaded must be JEPG (.jpg) and within 2MB in size each

Please Note:
Uploading of above mentioned documents are compulsory.
If you are unable to upload the files now, you may may do so at a later stage by logging into your account with the Form Number

 

STEP 4 : PRINT-OUT

You will need three (3) A4 size pages to take print out of the Acknowledgement Card and payment slips.

  • 2 pages :
    Registration Card
  • 1 Page :
    3 part Bank Challan for Application Form Payment at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches

STEP 5 : PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FORM

Separate payments are to be made for separate subject applications.

Application fees may be made either

  • by cash payment at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches only using the printed challan or
  • by online payment by Credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking by login into the Applicant Login Section the

STEP 7 : PAYMENT OF COLLEGE FEES AND ADMISSION

Only the applicants who are selected and approved for admission by the college are requested to pay the college and Admission  fees within a specified date.

Payment of College fees can be made by

  1. Cash Payment :
    at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches using the 3-part challan (set 1)
  2. Online Payment :
    using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (do take printout of online receipt after successful payment)

 

STEP 8 : HOSTEL FEES AND ACCOMMODATION

Limited hostel seats are available.
Students can apply only after they have been admitted to the college.
Hostel forms will be available after the first round of admission is over.
After publishing Subject-wise, Merit-wise list, Hostel students will be called for interview, and after that selected students can be admitted to the Hostel.

Completion of Hostel Form

Applicants who have paid Admission Fees and whose names are in the hostel panel need to fill up and take print-out of a Hostel form.
Details of a guardian residing only in Kolkata needs to be provided.

Payment of Hostel fees can be made by

  1. Cash Payment :
    at any of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches using the 3-part challan (set 1)
  2. Online Payment :
    using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (do take printout of online receipt after successful payment)

 

NOTE :

The college is not responsible for any applicant

  • who has made payment at any other banks other than of the United Bank of India ( UBI) branches
  • who has made payment of college fees (admission fees) either at bank or online, prior to declaration of selection list.
  • who has made admission payment either at bank or online without being selected and approved by the college

No fees will be refunded in such a situation
