Counselling Services in college in recent times has become absolutely imperative. With a view to extend support to students and help nurture their mental health, the College has set up a dedicated psychological counselling cell using the expertise and experience of the skilled teachers of the Psychology department.
In the highly competitive environment of today’s time, the demands and challenges for a student are manifold. From personal issues to crisis management, decision-making to developmental factors, meeting expectations and developing individual insight, students may experience a significant degree of stress. The student counselling courses in West Bengal step in to help the students navigate difficult life situations, and provide the tools and insights to manage mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.
